Before you place a reservation with Past Thyme Farm we ask that you please coordinate with your group first, before reserving your desired dates. It is our goal at Past Thyme Farm to confirm each reservation within 24 hours.
If we’re not able to make contact with you by phone within 24 hours your “Pending Reservation” will be canceled. So PLEASE give us the “Best Time of Day to Contact You” so that we’re able to review your group’s itinerary, exchange the needed deposit information and confirm your reservation.
A deposit equivalent to one nights rent is required to confirm all reservations. The remaining rent will be collected upon your arrival, except for Holiday reservations. All Holiday reservations must be paid in full, 45 days in advance of your stay.
